You don't think the new stand is any good? Only judging on plans but I'm happy with it.

Also Vasty, you are underselling. We have a new pitch and revamped North Stand so better than 25%

Only slightly underselling by all accounts.

Don’t forget that the club are pumping in 2 million?? And are paying for the lights, screen and pitch along with club roof. These are not from the developer funds as I understand it.

I’m effect we have more like 30-35% of what we were promised. The north stand is only a refurb for half and the car park etc. The refurb of the south east area with gym facilities will be much welcome though.

There is still much investment needed after this phase for sure.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.

Look we were massively short changed and there is no one more bitter than me. However we are stuck with what we have got and its enough for us to give us a better future. My main concern right now,is that we build a team strong enough to keep us in SL next season. I would hate for my tired old bum to be sat on a new seat watching us in a lower league.

Also a mobile crane on site just behind the Steel delivery wagon. Perhaps we’ll see the start of steelwork being erected in the next couple of days.
