Because the club allowed it and he was dropped. Whichever way you try and dance around it if the club wanted him he’d have seen out his contract for the year.

Crowther is typical of apprentice players. He needed to move onto a club where he was no longer one of the kids. Some players can make that transition at there parent club, others can’t.

Jordan was injured so that was the reason he didn’t play, not because of his so called drop in from, Wakefield offered him a contract but after 12 years he wanted a change, Andy Last wanted him and offered a far better contract, which he agreed to, obviously Lasty was sacked and Mash asked if he wanted to go on loan as there could be a clash with the 2 clubs fighting relegation, that’s when a coach called Darryl Powell wanted him at Warrington, Darryl sadly was sacked but Warrington were impressed with Jordy that they offered him an even better contract than Cas and the rest is history, I’ve no doubt Darryl wanted him back at wakey but he had already signed 2 years at Warrington, a change is as good as a rest as they say and jordy is thriving on it. After 12 years of highs and lows at wakey and add a poor coach in there I think he’s done okay.
