I'm in a similar boat with you mate, I think last year was worrying and say we don't have as many injuries and our strongest players start, where will this leave Pitts? IMO we have better players in each position Pitts could play.

Well you're a financial expert so I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be a coaching one to boot

Going by Chesters interviews he mentions arona and TANGINOA don't stints at prop. Going for a mobile pack. Tbf it's been a while since we had a prop busting holes in the defence..

Don't see the problem, Tanginoa is a battering ram who makes yards, Pitts is a wide running ball player, very different styles.
Remember Ashurst is coming back from a very serious injury, it must be touch and go as to how well he recovers, ditto Arona. Take those two out and Kirmonds semi-retirement and suddenly we look a bit thin on the ground, Pitts covers that IMO.

Agreed think we have good cover in most positions.. With 2 quota spots free obviously depending on finances and how much we have spent up to now would like to see an out and out prop and Hooker. Hopefully with the Toronto extra money we have some avaible. Ikahihifo would be a good option at shuddersfield.

Personally think Tanginoa was much more effective when he was playing a bit wider was the point i was trying to make. Fast for a big lad as well.
Ashurst, Kirmo, Batch, King, Crowther, Westerman, Arona, Arundel, Tanginoa, Atkins, Aydin, Gwaze - all capable of playing that role. So no still think it's a position where we're not thin on the ground.
