I know the betting odds are out but who would be shocked by Jamie Peacock? A long, successful career and spent the last few years in the set up at the Rovers as the Head of Rugby.

No real coaching experience at a high level. Head of Rugby doesn't neccessarily mean he's a coach.

I agree completely, there are better candidates out there however spending the last few years under Sheens will have done a lot for JP.

They'd be foolish to go for Peacock. Same with Sinfield. Bring them in as management if you like but not coach. It's a top job. Needs experience. Furner is my bet. I hope it isn't JD.

Knowing Hetherington he’ll already have someone lined up to step in at the club before he gave big Brian the chop. Don’t think they’ll go too many games rudderless ,especially with the big split looming . Likes been said earlier let’s hope they don’t get their act together before we play them .

He isn't working under Sheens
He is business management not assistant coach.

that's being a little selfish, JD deserves a chance of a good position as much as anyone else

Yes, it's a bit of a poisoned chalice at the moment. If McD can get fired following Leeds recent success what chance has the next incumbent.
