They train at high altitude to prepare for the difficulties o playing at high altitude. One weeks train isn't going time or them quicker coming back.
It's like saying as running distance improves your fitness and endurance then playing a game after running a marathon will improve your fitness for the game.

Just watched Kirmo on rugby am says he has damaged his cartilage in his knee and is having a clean out . When asked about getting his new 1 year contract kirmo says they told him what he was getting ,take or leave it but with a smile on his face may I add .
