Apparently the RFL have given Austria Holdings till Tuesday to pay everyone, not sure what the end result is if they dont.

Interview with Ritchie Hawkyard. Right at the end he mentions a consortium of supporters waiting to step in to take control of the club- does anyone know anything about this?

Let's be honest here. There is no money to pay the players.

No budget for next season
No squad to compete
No coaching staff left

What options are left?

Yes its a complete mystery, no one i know has any idea and that includes some people directly involved in the club.

Essentially we are at the stage where we do not have a licence, no team, coach etc. I cant see next season being fulfilled at all.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday still and is back at CP. Im heading down.

"I received assurances that Keighley Cougars were still very much a member of the Rugby Football League and would be part of next season’s fixtures to be announced on Monday." - Keighley MP Mr Grogan.

God knows who will be in charge and who will be playing for us but it appears from this the RFL still intend to have us playing next season.

Depends on your current owners whoever they are. Sounds to me like they're no good. If it all goes pop you have my sympathies. I know through bitter experience what it's like as do many fellow Bulls fans.

If it does come down to the worst case scenario could you reform as a supporter's trust led club? Like Rochdale? Could work maybe if there were enough people on board.

I'm expecting Steve Gill to suggest this at the Q&A tomorrow. I see no reason it couldn't work here if it works at Rochdale.
