Linners is building something special here which I think we all need to get behind and give team because it's a period of re-building both on and off the field and Craig has had a year to suss out what he needs and doesn't need to build a successful Keighley Cougars side.
I saw a comment yesterday on the Facebook regarding Aaron Nicholson's signing saying "these signings aren't off a good enough quality for a side that should be challenging at the top" which upset me slightly.
Aaron is a terrific utility forward who never got a fair crack in his previous spell with us and you can find some real gems hidden away at these expansion clubs, just look at Emmerson Whittel inbetween injuries if you need an example.

The scoreboard wil be installed depending on the weather, if we have a dry winter there should be no problem I imagine but if we have weather like these past week with heavy rain and winds then we'll probably have to wait until it's a bit warmer and dry as electrics and water aren't the best of friends!

The last thing I remember seeing in the Keighley News was that there were many other avenues to explore to gain funding, is this still something the club are looking to do?
We are still looking to gain funding to bring the Danny Jones Stand into the 21st century and avenues are being explored. In the meantime the superb band of volunteers we have at Cougar Park are keeping the old girl fresh and modernised as much as possible and are refurbishing the home dressing room for the lads this off-season with plans to convert the old players bar next door to the home sheds into a rehab centre for the injured players.
