I know, wasn't there, so only saw the score, but sounds a good way to start the season at least. Hopefully the quality of the team matched the scoreline? |

Stephanie, it was really good. So many positives to take from today's game. Fast, clever play, mixed attacks - mostly controlled by Matty Beharrel who was MotM. Josh Tonks running at the Dons like an exocet missile, great lines, tenacious defending. Our very own Justin Carney type player in Adam Ryder. I've named a few there but all 17 played their part. It really was good. Could have done with a bigger crowd (deserved it) but everyone there was well and truly entertained. |

It simply goes to show what 'those in the know' (aka THE SUPPORTERS) knew despite the so-called 'knowledge' of our Directors! What a brilliant effort and result for the Cougars! |

Scoreline flattered Donny if anything. Better game management towards the end and we'd have won by more. Great performance but still more to come in my opinion. Onwards and upwards! |

We need to get off the backs of the directors and get behind the club. Let's get friends and family down, tell past supporters what an exiting brand of rugby were playing. We are playing as a team, unlike last year's one up rugby. We are signing up players for next season before this one starts. I think the club have learnt from previous mistakes and are moving forward and within our means. We have to get the crowds up to 800/1000 to help finance what is on the horizon. We had a taste of what bigger crowds and atmosphere is like when Bradford visited a few weeks ago. It would be great to look forward to to those type of matches week in week out and also an added bonus of not having to travel to all the southern teams (no disrespect ) |
