It's a pity the club couldn't have retained Jason Demetriou. It sounds like he's had a fantastically successful time continuing his coaching career in Australia since he left the Cougars. Now Wayne Bennett has appointed him to the Brisbane Broncos coaching team. With Wayne Bennett being in Keighley this week surely it's a great opportunity for Cougars' new coach to forge a strong link with the Broncos. Maybe they would want to send one of their top under 20s each year to play a season with the Cougars to gain experience?

Never said it was easy,in fact from experience it's very hard in so many ways. Easy way is always to let someone else do all the hard work and you reap the benefits.
