Moved on from Batley and Doncaster yet?

If not, you're going to love League One as Dual Registration is still available to use.

Where do we stand on it?

Its a crap idea that only helps clubs in SL.
We better not touch it with a bargepole.

Batley and Doncaster will be cheats forever IMO.

So far we've got: Oldham with Huddersfield, York with Castleford and Gateshead with Hull KR.

We're not touching it with a ten foot bargepole, don't worry.

I'm more looking at opinions on the matter.

1) I can't see a problem with loaning players and knowing they will be available each week.

2) Having players come and go at the drop of a hat is pure nonsense, is difficult to plan for, and is poor for team morale and continuity.

A DR agreement that can conform to 1) is OK in my opinion but not one that follows 2).

Unfortunately most SL clubs want 2)

We seem to have a good relationship with Warrington, just saying...

Don't mind either way, but if we did, I would want it with a team we have a 'connect' with, not just any random team handy

Wakefield is the other that comes to mind, to a lesser degree

It's interesting that stalwart anti-DR club Halifax have now become "bestest buddies" with Hull KR.

It's interesting to read their forum with fans backtracking faster than a UKIP politician. :-)

They appear to be under the "impression" that their deal is "different" ;-)

Change of name to Hullifax perhaps? :-) :-)

If you have players who are on the field for money only or because they have to be (DR) then you do not have a team.
