Seriously? Disgraceful . When I was growing up in Keighley no-one supported Bradford City; I didn't know a single Bradford fan. Aye, them were t'days! I could never support any Bradford team I hope Halifax give them a reight stuffin'.

I was taken to see Bradford as a child, so have sort of followed them ever since. But nothing too serious, I'm not even a football fan, in all honesty.

But if someone forced me to pick a team, it would be them

Massive Bantams fan myself. Followed them home and away since 1999 and went and got my ticket for the north terrace this morning, can't wait!

Think the Shaymen will do it myself in regards to attendance. Pay on day in the FCHT end is a disaster waiting to happen, especially if City sell out the full 4.5k allocation.

I don't have any time for Bradford Council however the closest team to where I live is Bradford City.

That's why I have a season ticket for Bradford City. Surely you must know the importance of following your nearest team through following Keighley? We suffer from glory hunters leaving the area to go watch Bradford Bulls or Leeds Rhinos every week.

Been to get my ticket today. Farcical situation with regards to away tickets. There's bound to be City fans in the home end due to the way the club have handled away tickets and the fact that you can pay on the gate for the home end.

I grew up supporting Leeds United but that probably has to do with the time I was born; when I was at the age when young lads choose their teams, Don Revie's Leeds team was just about still together and Elland Road was where my Dad took me. I was an avid supporter during the 80s but I've been in the North East since the early 90s and anyway my football 'mojo' has practically disappeared these days. I don't even know who Leeds are playing most weeks. Having said that, I still couldn't bring myself to support any Bradford team in any way. I have a bit of a phobia towards Bradford which, as you allude to, is council related. I resent the fact that the metropolitan district as a whole is called the 'City of Bradford' when the actual city occupies only the south-eastern corner of the district and is ten miles away from our town. The notion that this mis-naming relegates our town to some sort of 'suburb-of-Bradford' status offends me. I've been told before that I should support Bradford City because I'm 'from Bradford' or because Keighley is 'in Bradford'. Well no I'm bloody well not and no it bloody well isn't.

I am from Halifax and support fax at rugby but Leeds United are my football team. However I will be there on Sunday cheering on the shaymen.
