Having just returned home, I checked my emails and what did I find?

As you know, The RFL are currently running an assessment of their services with Investor in Customers. The results from this process allow them to improve their customer experience and the services you use.

The timing is perfect! Unlike the RFL's decisions that few supporters find difficult to understand, let alone believe!
