Absolute joke, if true, but what do we expect from the RFL bosses? |

Why have rules. If a team can break them and get away with it. If this is the way the controlling body are going to carry on. What is the point in carrying on. One other thing to think about. If we do go down. How many people will be spending £17 to see a game? |

The RFL website says the appeals were succeesful because other teams had got away with breaking the rules in the past so it wasn't right that Batley and Dewsbury couldn't get away with it as well. I actually feel physically sick about this. |

So if we lose at Dewsbury and the Dogs win their game, we'll be looking for Doncaster to beat Batley in their last match. Have I read that right? . How many more times are we going to get kicked in the teeth? |

This is the result of DR chaos, and what went before by other teams last season. Our last minute victory at your place is where you blew it not in Red hall. |

So because the RFL didnt punish teams of cheating in the past. They cant punish teams now for cheating. I really do hope someone from the Kly club are going to ask for the person responsible within the RFL for this to be sacked. |

An Operational Rules Appeals Tribunal has granted the appeals by Batley Bulldogs and Doncaster against the points deductions imposed for breaches of the sport’s rules relating to dual registration. The clubs were each deducted three competition points at an independent tribunal held on Friday August 15 when they were both found guilty of fielding an ineligible player in Kingstone Press Championship fixtures played on Sunday July 27.After being presented with fresh evidence relating to previous historical breaches of Operational Rules by other clubs which had not faced similar sanctions, the Appeals Tribunal sitting at Red Hall this afternoon overturned the points deductions. |

If its true that north wales crusadors fielded an ineligible player when we played them last week, Cougars should require the RFL to order a re-match. |
