Does anyone understand how, what is known as 'The Governing Body' of our game, operates?

Paul March was banned from entering every ground at which the Cougars were playing before and after every game until July 8th but, when you searched on the RFL's 'Disciplinary' page of their website, there was no mention of the ban.
It was like the 'Court of the Star Chamber' all again.

The 'ban' only related to being present at a ground at which the Cougars were playing; BUT, when he tried to play for London Skolars, the 'Court of the Star Chamber' refused to allow him to play and still the actual decision of the 'Disciplinary Panel' has not been published.

Then Bobby Goulding dared to question a referee's decision (possibly more than once), but everyone knows that the 'Match Official' and his helpers see everything and always make the right decisions (or do they?).
Well their employers have to support them, don't they? Or do they?

Not on every occasion, as certain referees will confirm. Ask Jamie Bloem if you wish, but I reckon that he won't comment for fear of being downgraded for so-doing.

So, now we have Nathan Brown and Shaun Wane found guilty of similar offences but, and it is a BIG BUT their criticism was televised, unlike Paul March who wasn't even seen to have uttered the criticism of which he was found guilty. In fact the 'Court of the Star Chamber' totally ignored the fact that another Keighley Director admitted that it was he, and not Paul March, who actually criticised the referee (like most fans do from the sidelines).

And what are their punishments? Check this link and find out (if you haven't already done so):

The injustice of 1995 is still remembered in the so-called 'Corridors of Power'. There's 'one Rule for them and another for US', or so it would appear.

Better not say too much more in case we are denied promotion for some other trumped-up reason (assuming that we make the break).

P.S. On another matter; I'm still waiting for Blake Solly to respond to my request for the reasoni8ng behind long-established Super League players being permitted to play for Championship Clubs on Dual Registration, and thereby affecting the results of critical games, when it would appear that the Rules of the Game clearly state that Dual Registration should only be used for the development of young players registered with Super League Clubs.

Despite numerous reminders Blake (after apologising) says that he will respond in the near future.

Great! By the time that he gets round to it he'll have moved on to 'things greater' within the ??????? organisation which is known as 'The Rugby Football League'

Unreal, the report uses words such as 'criticising' and making 'comments' rather than 'questioning the integrity' that Marchy and Bobbie were disciplined for.

It's a pure twist of words to give a lighter punishment and it's this that brings into question the integrity of the RFL!

Appalling, how on earth is RL going to move forward with such obvious prejudice against any league but the super'duper'league

Theres only one way to decide - FIGHT!

The difference in the two cases as far as I can see is the fact that the RFL threw the book at PM for a breach of its 'Respect' Code , a superfluous piece of PC mumbo jumbo that appear only to exist for them to use against when they've run out of any more options and can be brought into play at any level of the game governed by the rFL be it Super league or under 7's.Zac Hardakers ban came through the same 'legislation '.

Brown and Wane possibly haven't got as much previous as our Paul :-( which without doubt counted against him . I think slighty more worrying is the fact that in the same hearing good ol 'Blobby' was done again for criticism of a match official 'telling a post-match press conference he was unhappy that a Whitehaven referee had been appointed to officiate a involving a Cumbrian club. ' ie suggesting he's cheating .....
That was after in the same match he'd been sent off after abusing the touch judge ..

You'd think that as offences build up as with Paul that Mr Goulding should be hit with a similar ban ..nope a £250 fine half suspended till 2015 and a small slap on the wrists ... now to my mind forget Super League but that really does smack of double standards ..

Put in your request for answers from Solly as a freedom of information request, by law they have 14 days in which to respond

It is sometimes better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt !

You,re right, think it was this part I saw, but like it says, don't hold your breath !

Basically you need to write to the company and make a Subject Access Request (SAR) they then have 40 days in which to respond. To be honest don't expect much most companies are very clinical with their files these days given this Act.

Following Dennis Betts' outburst last night (BBC Sport) will he be disciplined by the RFL? No chance.

At this rate, most of Super League coaches will/should be banned by the end of the season!

'Respect'?
