This just shows the RFL for what they are. He can join another club on loan, but cannot play or coach us on a match day? So the punishment is clearly against the club, not Marchy then surely?
he is banned from any ground in which Keighley are playing he never actually got banned from playing as I understand it, don't forget this is the RFL !!!!!!
It is sometimes better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt !
Hemel tweeted earlier today that the RFL have blocked the move
Brad Fitler "If the ref's decision decides your game. You haven't done enough prior."
Referees are like women, they make snap decisions and never reverse them.

Just let me understand this additional ban ..........
Our player coach cannot play for Skolars because, under the Operational Rules that:
... Protects the integrity of the competitions and prevent the game from being brought into disrepute.
So how can they justify Ade Gardner playing for Whitehaven, Wigan's ex Wales internationals playing for Workington and now Josh Charnley possibly playing for them also.
'Disrepute'! The RFL don't know the meaning of the word! They appear to place whatever interpretation that pleases them on it!
gardner played 1 game for us and we got beat A part from him we have only used 2 other DR players all season, Jordan hand who has played all but 1 game and Carl forster who has played about 8 games and both meet the original criteria of U23 fringe players when DR first came in Out of all the clubs with DR link ups both last season and this Haven are one of the clubs who use it the least

Thanks for the updated information 'haven4ever', so why even use it at all unlike your close-rivals in Workington.
That said, I think that you might have missed the point of 'DR', where it is supposed to develop young players who need more experience, not 'old lags' who are solely intended to (hopefully) win games and points in order for their adopted club to avoid potential relegation.
From your comments I must assume that you will not be fielding any DR players on Tuesday, but only time will tell.
Pity that Workington are not as righteous as the former 'Warriors'.
we will defo have 1 in jordan hand who is 21 so is that not developing young players and we may have carl forster again 22 neither are established SL players .I have never agreed with established SL players going on DR we were wrong to play gardner , he played one game for us this season and 1 game last season

Thanks again for the information 'H4E'.
So you agree with DR in general but not using established players as Workington do, apparently simply to ensure that they do not fall into oblivion next season.
Strange that the only two games that Ade Gardner has played in were against the Cougars.
I wouldn't worry about your survival though as the RFL will ensure that at least one team from Cumberland will be in SL2 next season, although it could be 'Barhaventon'.
