Just heading to open the bar up now ..no phone calls so assume all is well.

My other half nipped in to have a look at the field at around 9am this morning on his return from work , like Lawkholme Len on the other thread reports light frost on top but easily able to take a stud underneath..

So why haven't the Club confirmed whether or not the game is on?

Maybe they didnt feel the need as the weather hasnt been to bad.

But over the years there have been numerous complaints on this Forum about how 'Professional' the Club is and has been in respect of information that it provides to the people who keep it going (to whatever extent) and help to pay the wages of the players.

So, if the Club didn't feel that they didn't need to confirm whether the game would be played or not, then why have there been so many 'Posts' on the subject:

Game on Today? 187 views
Do we have a game this week? 304 views
Will Sunday be on? 230 views

Let's face it, someone would have needed to have been down at the ground this morning so why didn't they post to say that the game was definitely 'On'?

Had they done so, then the ctowd might have been bigger?

But who am I to question?

Yes who indeed. Assume the game is on unless it is announced it is off.
