Next week some Cougars fans will be doing the 127 mile Liverpool Leeds Canal walk again.

This is to raise money for Reverse Rett UK.

These include Harry Al Hill , Halifax Cougar and Andy from Silsden.

I walked it last year and this year I shall be carrying the water, food and medical kit on my bike along
with some bad jokes. We shall miss the worky game but needs must.

If we ever get down when in pain on the many training walks I watch these videos below.

Can I ask that if you appreciate my videos I would be over the moon for any help for these guys on a
