Sadly the young lads copped a bit of a flogging at Featherstone going down 80-0 to a massive Rovers side. Not our lads finest hour it has to be said .though to put it into perspective Fev the week before put 70 past the Leigh Cents U20's who had been unbeatenup to that point ....what that team will do to some of the lesser teams in the comp is pretty scary. Winger Andy Walker suffered a suspected broken ankle early on to make matters worse .. Onwards and upwards however and they visit Salford City Reds next week (venue and time TBC) |

The ruling is if I'm correct, officially two over aged players per team, however because of concerns that clubs had over the scrapping of the old reserve / u23 league clubs are allowed to negotiate between themselves ,in the week before a game what the final number of over 20s that are allowed to play will be. Bit of the usual RFL shambles ... |
