Let's hope Cougars can make it five wins in a row at Workington, then go for the sixth v Warrington. Hope the club promotes the match well and aims for a sell-out crowd. I think Cougars have a better chance with this year's squad than last year.

Just saying, given all that was meant to happen, wouldnt it be good to wear the charity shirt against Warrington after all?

Cant believe we have been drawn the wolves again but hopefully it will be a nice dry sunny day at cougar park and the town come out in force to cheer on our boys. If I remember correctly it was a poor show for cougar fans last year as not as many turned out as we thought. I'm really happy for the team but especially our local boys as I know they love to play a big game like this in front of their home town. Looking at the scores from our previous 2 encounters this could be an interesting game fingers crossed.

2011 at Warrington we lost 80-0
2012 at Keighley we lost 44-18

Really hope the club pull out all the stops to promote this and dont just think about their match sponsors and hospitality suite. I personally would like to see the towns junior teams play a few curtain raisers maybe start at 12:30/1:00 and lead up to a local singer (a good one) and maybe a few local dance schools to do some cheerleading. Could even try and get some of the junior teams over from warrington to play ours. None of this costs anything and can be easily organised by sitting at the phone for a few hours, this way your involving the local community and at the same time increasing the gates.

I think there is some great fixtures in this round and I think there will be one or two shock results, fingers crossed ours is one of the

Come on COUGARS

Third time lucky? Wouldn't that be great, although I can't see our dreams coming true there. You're right - this game needs marketing properly, the attendance at last season's game wasn't that good and the majority came over from Lancashire (yes, Lancashire, not Cheshire). It would be great to see as much red, green & white as yellow & blue this time round if not more. Your idea of curtain raiser(s) is excellent - if GF is reading - get on it, lad!

Come on COOOUUUGAARS!!!!

We are from Keighley. We are NOT Bradfordians.

The Cougars directors agree that it would be fitting to wear the charity/away kit.

GF has agreed this with Warrington before contacting the RFL for their approval.

The RFL have approved the request.

A big Thank You to the club directors for their continued support

Come on Coouuuggggaaarrrsssss

Theres only one way to decide - FIGHT!

What squad improvements do you feel make us more able than last year? I would argue that in terms of squad strength and ability we are weaker than last year. Some may view my comments as negative, but I view them as realistic. I think we'll do well to keep the loosing margin to 50 points. That being said, it's a great occasion for the lads and just hope they go out and enjoy it.

I think the score will depend not only on what sort of team Warrington put out but also how much pride we have in our shirt.

We certainly seemed to raise our game against them in the past, even when they racked up the big score at their place. Our forwards in particular seemed to relish playing against big names.

Looking forward to it (again).

I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!

Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.

Anon.

Rawlins and Hesketh were our stand out forwards in the last match and (allied to the expected return of Shickell) have been for a while. They didn't play against Warrington last year. Neither did JD (as Jamie Shepherd stood in). This year we have Law as well as Jodie Sheriffe as interchange props. Lewis Reid now returned shows he is improving massively each match - a real bonus.

White has been more than good cover for Moss and has potential to keep improving as well as his good try scoring strike rate. Leatherbarrow is now really fulfilling his potential and his all-round game (including fantastic goal kicking ability) is now contributing more than Obst did at this stage of the season.

This year Buster has shown he can do 80 minutes (which he didn't last year) and the unfortunate injury to Ryan Smith means that the really exciting Joe Parkinson can come on to cover half back and hooker if needed).

Daley Williams is already doing as well as Haythornthwaite last year. Ritchie Barnett is I believe a natural high quality player and is starting to show it more now than when Semi was here. Semi and Korki were good for us given their SL background but even then didn't break any pots.

My prediction is that Marchy will slowly but surely get more and more from this committed group of players and Cougars will end the season as high up the table as they did last year despite the bad start.
