O/ T 5 x 50 Challenge

Post subject:  O/ T 5 x 50 Challenge
Right folks I'm on the scrounge ...

In a moment of sheer lunacy on my part I've taken the decision to take part in this years 5 x 50 challenge that basically means I have to run walk or cycle 5k very day for 50 days (beginning on the 31st march), with the very real aim of raising some dosh for Rett Syndrome Research Trust UK, the Charity that the Walk for Estelle is backing.

To be brutally honest its a massive challenge for me and my slightly rotund figure which I'm sure I'll come out quite a few pounds lighter from and I've already started on the hard yards in the gym and in the pool .

What a fantastic gesture Rach. If you find it hard going and need a walking partner sometime give me a shout.

Fantastic Rach , well done and for a really worthy charity.

You've only got to watch Mickeys Vid from Sunday with Estelle to see how important this is :-)
