Hi guys as one of the many tigers who will be entering your neck of the woods on sunday I was just wondering how the close the ground is to the train station? I hoping to get on the 12.02 train from Leeds and then enjoy a few light refreshments around the town. Also are there any decent watering holes that do a nice sunday lunch.
Cheers in advance.

If you go right out of the station, there are 2 places. 10 and 15mins walk respectivley. The 1st is the Beeches, it been sunday there may be a carvery on. Head past the Beeches across the duel carriageway, past Netto and Jewsons, you will come across the Bridge. Both are 5mins walk from the ground.
Head into to the town from the station, you will come arcoss weatherspoons, (named the Livery Rooms).

There's the Lord Rodney as well, which apparently does decent food, and good beers.

I'll be staying around after the game to watch Leeds Saints on the tele. Which is the best place (pub)?

Cheers. I'll be coming in for the rest of that short pint you gave me at Matty Fosters testimonial in that case.
