So what will the illustrious RFL do with Batley?
Who knows?
This comment has been taken from Monday's 'Daily Express' website:
Quote:Legia beat Celtic 4-1 in Warsaw and then 2-0 in Scotland, but the Murrayfield result was wiped out and Ronny Deila’s team were awarded a 3-0 victory to put them through on away goals after UEFA found the Polish side guilty of fielding suspended player Bartosz Bereszynski, who came on in the final few minutes of the return leg.
which should give the panel that actually makes the decision some guidance of what other sports deem to be 'fair play'.

The 'RULES OF THE GAME' were designed to provide a
'level playing field' for all Clubs. However, as we all know, this is not the case today!
I would like to collate statistics about every Championship Club which has a 'Dual Registration' agreement, during the 2014 Season, with a Super League Club and the effect that Dual Registration players have had on their results, but I don't have the time to do so for every Championship Club by myself.
My correspondence with Blake Solly has simply resulted in a response that can be best described as 'Bull***t baffles brains'!
I have started my investigation with Workington's DR arrangement with Wigan but would appreciate offers from 'fellow Cougars' to assist so that by the end of the season we can have a meaningful and detailed compilation for discussion, despite the fact that the RFL might choose to ignore whatever facts that it might produce.
I must also point out that this is not a vendetta against Workington, or any other Championship Club, but AGAINST the ill-conceived principle that DUAL REGISTRATION does not affect results when every supporter actually knows that IT DOES!
.... well at least for some Championship Clubs.
In the meantime, I hope that my plea for assistance will not fall on 'deaf ears'.
