I'm hatching a plan to be at the Barrow game and, from a purely selfish point of view, the 3.00pm kick-off would suit so as I can get back up here in good time. I think I'm in the same boat as the Barrow fans, although heading north east rather than north west. . Just as an aside, I attended Gateshead Stadium to watch the Cougars a few years ago having checked several media sources, all of which confirmed that it was an evening kick-off. So there I was, bedecked in red, green and white, looking forward to a Keighley victory, only to find tumbleweed blowing through the car park and all the doors and turnstiles locked. The match had finished about two hours earlier. I'd have been well annoyed if I'd travelled up from the hometown. Luckily, I was home in ten minutes.
Well our company are working until noon on good Friday so i will be able to attend my hubby on the otherhand will be working all day until 5pm Good Friday so wont be able to get to the match unless he books as an holiday,
Im sure we will end up getting a small crowd most people ive spoke to are also working and have Monday/ Tuesday off

looks like you be able to attend then? out of the small people who dont work fridays

Is our 'Chairman' a complete and utter idiot?
This is a 'home' fixture so why does he allow the 'away' Club to decide the Kick Off time?
I can only hope that we will be able to 'field' a full 'First Team Squad' - as (obviously) there must be no work problems in Yorkshire, which is unusual for Good Friday!
Will Barrow GUARANTEE to provide suficient PAYING supporters to compensate the TRUE Cougar supporters who will be unable to get to the game and thereby reduce the 'gate' income?
That said, it's great to know that the Cougars are in such a brilliant financial position to allow the opponents to call-the-tune! WILL BARROW RECIPROCATE?
After all is 'said and done' we'd better win or it's relegation staring us in the face!
