Having just read the Keighley News the club is considering cancelling Brendons contract as through no fault of his own he is not fulfilling the terms of his contract and like any other business the club in my view has to consider this.
The part that concerns me more and to me confirms my opinion that someone with links to the rfl have had some involvement in the delay.
Both Brendon and the club have only now been given a contact at the British Embassy in Canberra. Why on earth was this not given at the early stages I do not believe for one minute this contact was not known at the rfl before, simply because of all the other Aussies over here.
You think someone from the RFL ,have had a word the Aussie immigration to stop Brendon playing for the Cougars.
And the Aussie immigration service has then done it?
Do not be silly I believe that someone somewhere has had some involvement and just to clarify the problem is with the uk and not the aussies that is fact.

I don't believe this for one second. If you apply for anything from the British Embassy, by definition you have to make contact, it's self explanatory really.
