I've just spoken to Gary who attended the meeting yesterday. There will be the 12 team 'Super League 1' and the 12 team 'Super League 2' with Championship One split into two regional divisions (North and South). Therefore the goal of getting into Super League or 'Super League 1' for 2018 is still the main target. However, the goal is now to survive this season and finish in the top 10 next season to secure a place in 'Super League 2'. You can read all you need to know at: http://www.keighleynews.co.uk/sport/104 ... _shake_up/For me personally, I'm currently writing an article on the situation and with Coventry Bears entering Championship One and Toulouse Olympique expected to return from France, I would admit a amatuer side (ie. Siddal) and have four divisions of ten with this set up: (This on current standings for 2013.) Top six make play offs. Bottom side get relegated. Super League 1: Bradford Bulls, Catalans Dragons, Huddersfield Giants, Hull FC, Hull Kingston Rovers, Leeds Rhinos, St Helens, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, Warrington Wolves, Wigan Warriors. Super League 2: Batley Bulldogs, Castleford Tigers, Featherstone Rovers, Halifax RL, Leigh Centurions, London Broncos, Salford City Reds, Sheffield Eagles, Toulouse Olympique XIII, Widnes Vikings. Championship: Barrow Raiders, Dewsbury Rams, Doncaster RL, Hunslet Hawks, Keighley Cougars, North Wales Crusaders, Swinton Lions, Whitehaven, Workington Town, York City Knights Championship One: Coventry Bears, Gateshead Thunder, Hemel Stags, London Skolars, Oldham Roughyeds, Oxford RL, Rochdale Hornets, Siddal, South Wales Scorpions, University of Gloucestershire All Golds.
