I think that is right but you will also find that many clubs outside of russia have quite unique names which are usually a reference to the closest town and an animal. e.g.

[Closest Town] - [Animal] or Keighley Cougars,

Not Team 1, Team 2 etc, that would be just silly, even for the RFL
