Post subject: | Last 5 mins of the England Saxons vs USA game |
I saw the last 5 minutes when I got in and I noticed that USA try. That would have been a double movement in RL and a penalty the other way and I was absolutely shocked that such a shambles could be given as a try in RU. I basically want to know what the actual rule is involving movements once a players ball carrying arm hits the ground like that? How does it work in Union as it is clearly very different to RL. |

It probably depends on whether or not the referee and yourself are members of the same freemasons' lodge. |

Get this on the rugby union thread! Have seen the try via US rugby union.com (or a web address to that effect) and it smacks of pity and charity. |
