The season started last night and the Blackhawks started today with a shootout loss to the Panthers in Helsinki. My prediction this season is a Calgary/Philadelphia Stanley cup final with Philly winning the cup. |

Blueshirts drop to the Pens 3-2 in the opener in Pittsburgh. Home game tonight at 00:00 BST against Ottawa at the garden. Then on Monday another season long rivalry with the Devils begins in Jersey. |

Chicago bounced back from the SO loss yesterday to beat the Panthers 4-0 with Niemi getting the shutout. I decided to sign up for the NHL centre ice package on ESPN360-£70 for the full season,as the chap in the Aviva add says.......Bargain!!! |
