He'll probably win it then. |

Rossi won easily. I thought the banner with his photos of him after winning each of his 100 MotoGP races was fantastic. |

I wonder if he will manage another 23 wins to beat Ago's record. I doubt it personally. |

Brilliant! He's a character alright. It wasn't as exciting as Catalunya but still beats the hell out of the boring procession that is F1. I recorded the British GP last week and, after watching the first five laps, fast-forwarded through the rest. Painful. |

If he wants to do it he will do it. But I know he likes his rallying and he might want a new challenge. |

With the competativeness og MotoGP these days I think he would need to continue for at least another 3 seasons to break Ago's record which I would think is unlikely. |

There's only really Lorenzo, Stoner and Pedrosa who are a real threat to him so far. No other rider in the field has really bothered him too much. |

I wouldn't even say Pedrosa is a threat. Certainly not unless he drastically cuts down on the amount of time that he spends rolling around in gravel. IIRC, Rossi's contract runs to the end of next season. I agree that he needs three seasons (circa 7-8 wins a season) to break the record. I'm sure Yamaha will be happy to keep him on for that period of time although I agree that it wouldn't be a surprise to see Lorenzo overtake him as top dog in the next year or two. |
