As a rule I don't agree with these honours, but if we are to have them then so be it. Well done Sir NICK. If there was a more dedicated and single minded professional in the sporting world then I have not seen him / her. A fantastic player and whilst he was not always everyones cup of tea, no one could really doubt his talent. Congratulations. |

Mixed feelings really. A knighthood seems a bit excessive, and the general perception is that he is not neccessarily a wonderful human being. However you can't really knock his sporting record, and if single-minded selfishness is what's required, then so be it. |

I agree, although I have more stong feelings on his character. He is a c*nt in all honesty. However, he had that winning mentality when it really, really mattered that the likes of Montgomerie could only dream of. |
