I don't like the hassling of referees and I'd bring in rugby league style discipline in football, but let's not start singling out players when there are the majority of players in whole teams doing it. Man United Chelsea Liverpool, they're all up to it and it needs to stop. Ballack is another bad one I am sure you can agree as is Mascherano. The referee wont change his mind once he has made a decision so shut it and get on with it.

I think Ryan Giggs and your bench fully deserve an assist for Ivanovich's yellow card on Sunday. (Even though Ivanovich won the ball, he still deserved the yellow IMO.)
It's not about changing a refs decision. It's about influencing the decision a ref's not sure about. And even more importantly, it's about influencing the refs future decisions.
