Owns Man U bars think that says enough about him.
Bid far too late it stinks of G&H
Today is all about the money G&H can get out of the deal they have already admitted breach of contract, RBS have them round the balls, Girolami is trying to bring Mill Financial in the situation as his last card.

????????
Lim has been in the equation for a while. Unfortunately for him, the board preferred the other bid on the table for the club, which was from NESV.

Sorry, I probably don't follow it as much as you and Wire 85. It seem's he has become more vocal the past few days. From what I've witnessed through my following of the Yankees and baseball in general, Henry and co have been great owners with the Red Sox. It scares me that we could well be in a similar situation in the future.
Back of the Liverpool Echo today says Gerrard was 'snubbed' for the England captaincy tonight. Personally i thought it was just the regular captain getting his armband back (rightly or wrongly is a different debate), but hey, whatever makes you feel victimised eh lads
Fascinating breakdown of today's shenanigans. From my reading, it may well come down to whether the breach of contract is 'bettered' by H&G's rights as shareholders. The blogger puts it perfectly - 'does Company Law trump Contract Law'.

Long night for the Judge I reckon.
Me: I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.
knockersbumpMKII: Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm
