Her husband (Tony Martin) is re-joining the PCD in January from the BDO so that should probably help her game a bit too....not sure what will happen the first time they draw each other mind you
Do not think many players will have crossed the divide 3 times either.

I think it could be a game neither will enjoy even though it is the sort of occasion Mardle would have reveled in 2 years ago. sadly he is now a pale shadow of his new self and his new shirt was cringe worthy.
Was not far off in that prediction though to be fair only one player turned up but went to pieces on the doubles and you have to fear Mardle is on the same slippery slope as Peter Manley and might end up not making TV tournaments in the near future.

If Hankey could've been better on his doubles he'dve battered Mardle, and to be fair Mardle said afterwards how badly he played
Beaton-Anderson up next should be good with both players in good form
"I didn't see Risman, Todd or Watkins in red vests.
I saw a bit of Steve Gibson and Blakely at his best.
Now I'm watching Alker lead us on against the rest,
As the Reds go marching on ...... "

Should be good, thought he had dropped off the planet Beaton but hes been excellent in the last few months and both could be the players to push the likes of Hamilton, Part, Lewis, Mardle etc down the rankings.

With him being on the opposite side of the draw to Taylor a 3rd shoot out at Wolverhampton between the two is looking a very likely final.
Anderson's really doing well and could go well at the World's given a favourable draw
Along with Anderson & Taylor's form, the Wade v Thornton match was a great game too - which all bodes well for some cracking matches at the Jocky Wilson Cup in December. Glad I'll be going along to that now!!

If only he was. I think its mainly in his imagination as it was not that bad on Sunday and did not sound too unreasonable last night, i think he is listening out for comments instead of focusing on the game he is playing. Saying that as the crowds get bigger so will the anti Hankey feeling so if he makes the latter stages then it could get interesting (especially the more he mouths off about it in his interviews).
