Just watching around the horn on ESPN. Listening to the Americans talk about the England game is hilarious. I'd much rather hear Americans commentate these world cup games than the moribund British commentary we've had so far.

Are they still pleased with their 1-1 win then?

Well, Tim Howard - the goaltender - did come up with the 'clutch plays', so I guess so.

Generally, they thought England were better, they thought the goal was lucky and Howard got them the result. They felt England deserved to win and that the US didn't 'tie' with England, they just got a lucky goal. They wanted more in de-fence in the second half and they wanted more in offense from their players.

Aside from their terminology, I agree with them. It's good to hear the opposing viewpoint instead of the widespread panic over a draw in this country. We weren't on top of our game by any means but we had a few chances to win that game and we'll have more than enough to see off Algeria and Slovenia.

Luis Fabiano first goalscorer and Brazil to win 6-0 @ 66/1.

Slovakia, Portugal and Brazil all to win @ 5/2.

You might as well back New Zealand and North Korea.

Anyone know Antolin Alcaraz played for Paraguay next ? Just curious as he's signed for Wigan on a free.

I don't mind him tbh.

Italy looked dull but then again they did 4 years ago...

The Cameroon manager obviously has not got a clue what hes doing, Eto'o on the wing when they have no other decent strkers, tut!

Wish the ref had given Van Persie a 2nd yellow for scoring the goal aftre the whistle, can't stand the arrogant t**t!
