It's a criminal offence.
If you like it or not that's a fact.
They have no right being on there.
If I ran on there at a rugby game I'd be fined and probably banned.

There is alot of harm and its illegal. Hooliganism seems to be a tradition in football but doesn't make it right. The amount of whinging complaining they do about the rugby ruining the pitch and yet they feel necessary to all run at the end. Ask the groundsman if there is no harm done.

I hope those defending Latics on Friday take a look at that and realise they ate a disgrace to the town.
What right do they have a get on the pitch.
Just gone off on the tele but can see them fighting on the pitch yet - even with 1000s of stewards - WH fans were itching to get on there - they'll be serious trouble round there now- which is precisely why i wanted them to lose and get down so we have no more of this poop.
Seriously gutted - ruined my sunday - they'll stop up now - typical jammy l@tics!

They almost universally accept that league is a better, faster game played by better athletes, yet for some reason they continue to disregard and belittle it. That game is tedious as hell from start to finish. If he'd ever played or even bothered to give more than a fleeting chance to league he would realise that the game is far more 'technical' than Union ever could be. Booting the ball into touch, scrummaging and forming rucks and mauls aren't areas that involve any skill, technique or mental capacity whatsoever. These are clumsy, outdated facets of the game that are also extremely uninteresting to watch and thus have to be defended in some way by people who are too prejudiced to see the truth.

What a daft and embarrassing thread. And some on here say Latics fans are obsessed with Wigan. There's rugby league on the tv and there's been rugby league on the radio all afternoon.

Get off your RL high horse, they're having a bit of fun, the police/stewards were well prepared, knew it was happening and acted proactively. Let the shatics enjoy their moment before they get relegated next week.

A pitch invasion every so often does no harm if there's no trouble caused. It's the kind of thing every fan likes to do at some point after a game like that.
