Jurgen Klopp has absolutely flopped this season, been a total disaster - He's basically been the German version of Roberto Martinez, in that he's turned a supposedly decent side in to a bottom half, mediocre team.
So with that in mind, Klopp should be hanging onto his job - Instead, he's happily quit his job and is now being lined up with a number of the European 'big-boys'.
Surely only in football could such under achievement be rewarded with a job promotion?
Dortmund have been absolutely decimated with injuries this season to key players and mostly injured at the same time. The likes of Hummels, Subotic, Reus, Gundogan, Kuba, Kagawa, Bender have been absent from the team for long periods of the season.
What Klopp has done at Dortmund is excellent. Took them from a mid table team and built a team that every year (bar this one) has challenged Bayern for the title. He's won two league titles, 3 domestic cups and a runner up in the CL. This is a team that regularly loses it's best players to it's biggest rivals in Bayern.
Whoever gets him will be getting a world class coach and a great character too.
