Yep Manley is an expert at it but still a wind up merchant who can put his opponents off when needs must

The thing is Manley deals with it well and gives it back, King has just got a huff on and looked like he was gonna cry in his interview last week.

I think King wants to be liked thats the difference Manley thrives on the crowd being against him but most players do not (possibly Kevin Painter being another who feeds off not being liked).
