Bad day all round on the tennis front.
Laura Robson, that Australian girl has lost as well. She was the top seed as well.
Move on, nothing to read here. Talking rubbish at and over games for nearly 20 years

Great tournament for Murray. He came up against an in form clay court specialist in Gonzalez. I'm sure Murray would have taken a quarter final appearance at the start of the championship.
Really hope Federer goes on to win it now. Probably the best chance he'll ever get at Roland Garros given Nadal's out.
For such a great champion to have never won the French would be a massive disappointment.

All Russian Women's Final, Safina vs Kuznetsova.
Not one for the purist.

Soderling beats Gonzalez in 5 sets.
Del Potro and Federer have also just entered a 5th set.

Federer takes the last set 6 - 4, to face Soderling on Sunday and try to win his first French title. He'll never have a better chance.

Kuznetsova beats Safina 6 - 4 6 - 2. Most of the top female players have temperament issues, such that matches are utterly unpredictable.
