He is fast but strugglws too find hes line and length when he does hes the best in the world (WHEN HE DOES) Haurtiz is a shocker mate thats simpl he didnt take a wicket in the series with SA. Your comparing Magrath with Clarke? Dont be silly mate. Brett lee has lost it all together now quick but i wouldt worry about him at all. And im not even sure about ther e batting yeah they will have Ponting, M Clarke and Katich but most of the others are young andf dunproven over here. Hughes (County level and international are a massive step up) Haddin (Never seems ttoo change hes game hes too aggressive, i will gaurentee Flintoff cleans him up everytime)
Right lets start from the beginning...you said Johnson was a wicket keeper..I'll take that as just a typo though...as for his line and length, this is the thing that he HAS managed to sort out, hence why he's become one of the best fast bowlers in the world.
Hauritz didn't play in SA so he wouldn't have taken a wicket, bit tricky when yr left at home...he did, however, take wickets in Australia against SA, in fact the same number as the spinner on the other team managed in the same number of tests.
And I wasn't comparing Clark to McGrath, just using your analogy that all he was was a line and length bowler, mr nice and steady, just like McGrath was...but you don't get 90 test match wickets in just 22 matches (at an average of under 23) which includes 26 wickets in the last series against us in 5 matches by being poor.
And the batting is far from being young - only Hughes is under the age of 28!!
