I'd hate to see you sign Ribery
ribery doesn't fancy the weather apparently - you have to appreciate his honesty.
huge boots to fill, but as stated, it's rooneys chance to shine even more, and stop being manoevered around to accomodate others.

He is. When he's behind FT9 of course
I admit, Gerrard is fairly average for England when compared to his Liverpool form, but I'd rather judge him over 50 games for Liverpool, than 10 games for England.

I just wonder what route he'll go down, when Beckham left he decided to sign a young teenager, and molded him into the player he is now, it took time but it was worth it in the end. Will ge go through this process again, maybe signing somebody like Douglas Costa who you were linked with in the past? Or will he go out and sign somebody like Valencia, or Ribery, and settle for that?

Sad to see probably the most skillful player to grace these shores since George Best but for £80 million up front you can't really say no. Will be interesting to see who comes in
Great move from United! This summer was the only time they would get that sort of money from Madrid.
Heard De Rossi is the player that United want , but would expect Benzema or Villa or maybe Tevez to come in now along with Valencia.
Ronaldo , great player but i certainly won't miss his attitude
He was shot in both arms , and both legs. He later died because of his injuries. Tommy 25th March 2007.
Salford City Reds are the National League Champions again and nobody will ever win a Grand Final more dramatically than this. Division One champions, Grand Final winners, winners of the Northern Rail Cup; everything their hearts desired. Down and out? Not a bit of it, they are never out. Memories are made of this forever and a day, Salford fans will ask "where did you watch the 2008 Grand Final? Where did you see John Wilshere save the day with the last kick of the ball?"
