Everton have won 3 of the 4 league cups on my current game. Bit optimistic given we've never won it outright I don't think and we very rarely get anywhere in the competition.
Occasionally happens, sometimes sides like Arsenal and Liverpool can smoke me on the counter. Other times I dominate so much, teams rarely get a sniff.
Talk about walking a tightrope. My job security has been 'very insecure for the last 13 games, yet I've lost 1 of those last 13! In all fairness though, I promised the L1 title and was sat on 10 points after 10 games. Now 6 points off the top though so hopefully they'll get off my back soon. Must admit I feared for my job at 3-1 down away to Norwich with 10 men, but a 3-3 draw had me clinging on by a thread!

My formation is possibly a little odd. It's sort of 4-4-2 Diamond. But the diamond is a very tight one with a dmc, 2 mcs and an amc. my full backs double up as wingers when we're attacking. Yes, I am playing as Man City, but come on, we all are or have given it a go.
Won the premiership in my first season. Though that was touch and go until the last couple of weeks. Just coming up to Xmas in my 2nd season. My CL group was me, Barca, Juventus and Trabzonspor. Not quite a group of death, but certainly one of the hardest groups of the competition. Managed to qualify 2nd in the group with 10 pts behind juve on 11 and got AC Milan in the next round. Currently top of the prem on goal difference (giving Sheffield Utd a 10-0 kicking helped that along ) and I've got Newcastle in the semis of the league cup and the 3rd round of the fa cup. So it looks like I'm breaking some geordie hearts before the season is out
Btw my squad is
GK: Hugo Lloris - £24m DR: Micah Richards/Kolo Toure DL: Wayne Bridge/Joleon Lescott DC: Phillipe Mexes - £32.5m DC: Naldo DMC: Nigel de Jong MC: Shaun Wright-Phillips MC: Gareth Barry AMC: Franck Ribery - £30m FC: Carlos Tevez FC: Cato Solstad -£12.5 (seems alot for a 20 year old, but you need to see his stats cos the boy is impressive. I signed him from Shakhtar but he starts at Fredristad and has already broken into the Norwegian first team and has bagged 10 goals in 15 club appearances this season)
When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
6. Cesc Fabregas 7. Stephen Ireland 8. Shaun Wright-Phillips 10. Robinho 16. Danielle De Rossi (£55m from Roma) 17. Rafael van der Vaart 18. Gareth Barry 34. Nigel de Jong
9. Edin Dzeko 14. David Villa (£80m from Valencia) 25. Emmanuel Adebayor 32. Carlos Tevez

Last night, I saved my season 'as' and used my save as season to leave City and go on holiday for a couple of years. Went away and Guardiola took charge, sold loads of players, spent £49m on Jesus Navas and has played him 6 times in a season and a half. Anyway, he took my team right downhill, he sold all of the full backs bar Criscito and Richards because he played 3-4-3 in his first season, only to play 4-3-3 in his next year.
I only done it to see re-gen development and my younger player's development, Vaclev Kadlec turned world class and so did a few of my re-gens. I think there's an unhealthy amount of top drawer re-gens coming through every season on the game, they need to sort that out.

Started a game as Wigan, and I'm currently working my way through pre-season. Got decent squad and aiming for a top 10 finish.
In : Kris Boyd (£8m, Pricey but the goalscorer I needed), Gary Caldwell (£4m, Solid, strong and good in the air), Victor Moses (£3.1m, Has great potential, fought off interest from Chelsea for him.)
Out : Daniel de Riddeer (£1.5m), Rachid Bouzuouan (£2m), Cho-Won-Hee (Loan).
Also made a few staff replacements, and tied up Scharner, Koumas and Melchiot for a further 2 or 3 years each.
