Never mind Joe Hart's goalkeeping, what are we going to do if it goes to penalties again? He's second penalty-taker. In fact after Milner's effort, he might have been first.

The referee wasnt German was he how can he book somone for that unless he wasted a load of time

I didnt get to see the penalties thankfully i had to go into headingley where there is no tv`s .
We missed the first half but saw the second in the pub unfortunately and couldnt watch after Campbell was sent off i didnt believe it when the result came over the tannoy inside headingley

Apparently (according to the Guardian) Pearce had warned the players that this ref had already brandished 11 cards in the tournament thus far – although that hardly helps when someone appears to be so card happy.

There were only 3 forwards to start with. Walcott is not a striker, he's a winger. A provider more than a scorer. He misses a lot more than he scores, and blows hot and cold. Apart from that...
