griffin got totally dominated by silva that jab knockout apparently dislocated griffins jaw and has given him sights problems which if true just shows the concentrated force and accuracy of it.
florian had a good gameplan against BJ but executed it poorly as BJ was never going to tire without being pushed or made to work, i think if florian had used some more of those leg kicks he would of had a better chance as he is very good at delivering them

Silva vs Griffin was hilarious, Silva took the p*ss out of Griffin then dropped him with the simplest of jabs. The difference in class and ability shown, Silva is just way out of Griffin's league.
i've got no fighting experience at all and was thinking about going to caged steel in dewsbury to see what it was like, does anyone train there or know it?

I think tm-tl does so it might be worth speaking to him.
I've seen that gym before and it looks pretty impressive.

I wish I had done MMA a couple of years ago, but haven't got the motivation to start it now. My mate and his brother both train in MMA at the Slaughter house, Hull.
My mates brother who is about 22 has had 3 semi pro fights winning 2, and is set to turn pro within the next year I believe. When he was younger around 12 I think he was British champion in Judo I think which helps.

Does anyone watch WEC?
I'm just about to settle down and watch last night's show.
If you've not see any they are well worth getting hold of, there's some great fighters including Miguel Torres, Urijah Faber, Mike Brown and Paulo Filho.
