I doubt that Murray will ever make it to number one, after a rough patch three or four months back following his Wombledon exit Fed was shaky but over the past month or two has looked back on his game and was favourite to win in Paris before his injury. I do think that at some stage Fed will call it a day before Nadal, Djorko and Andy pack in. Whether Andy can move up the table to second is a big call.
Personally I think that in pursuit of money the ATP calendar is far too full, for those at the top in this results in virtually all year round tennis. It's not surprising that players pull out through injury.
Roddick will suprise a few in that group hes coming along nicely after a good rest,im known for saying Federer isnt the same player as he has not played too much tennis lately so if Murray takes a rest hecan beat him withiut a doubt.
Fed and Nadal have been poor this season lets hope they sort themselves out for the good of tennis.
Both my favourites lost today Dementieva lost 4-6,6-4,3-6 while Ivanovic lost 3-6,7-6,4-6
