It is. But even then, you do get the odd good game. Juve look to have a pretty decent side this year, their defence looks weak and none of their strikers are world class, but I still think they'll challenge for the title this year. Inter will probably win it, but Jose hasn't quite had the effect in Italy like he has in England, but they do look strong if not slightly ageing.
Serie A has been in quite a bit of decline in recent years, especially after the Cacliocopoli, so whilst the bigger sides have been getting weaker, a few of the smaller sides have decided they have a chance of breaking the top three or whatever, so it's quite a competitive league. Don't be surprised to see one of Napoli, Genoa, Palermo be in there, with the likes of Roma and Fiorentina regularly being up there.
Milan seriously need signings, they've let Kaka go this year yet every player this summer they aren't willing to match the club's prices put on the players.
