This Thursday (October 17th) I will be in Walkden Library talking about how Rugby League and the old saying about being in work (They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller) inspired me to write five South Lancashire based novels. The event is part of the Try Reading Project which aims to get more people into reading, writing and using the facilities of their local library. More details about the event are given on the Try Reading web site.
Visit //www.geofflee.net for details of my novels 'One Winter', 'One Spring', 'One Summer' 'One Autumn' 'Two Seasons'. and "Three Good Years" All six feature Rugby League against a humourous Lancashire/Yorkshire background and are inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller."
