Would have preferred a trip up Cumbria or Batley/Dewsbury but it is what it is. Always gives me shudders when we play these men in the cup rounds, how did we throw away that final in 98?

Shame to get Sheffield again (barring a huge shock beforehand) after playing them last season. I'd have loved a trip over to Cumbria or a ground with some character/history in Yorkshire. That new Sheffield ground looks pretty soulless.
I would imagine this won't happen next year. For all the sell of "it gives fans of these clubs the chance to see superstars" this won't happen.
The big clubs will play a team mixed of Academy and Reserves and even those teams will be far too strong. It's a mismatch really for a big team to play a completely amateur team and from a safeguarding point of view, the worst case scenario is dangerous.
Imagine Nsemba playing for 10 mins and hitting a couple of complete amateurs....

its a shame really but it isnt the same sport as football as its a lot more physically demanding, so professional v amateurs really is a different world in RL. In football, they will be physically fitter, and thats usually what see's them through but they aint getting battered as you say with the likes of Junior
