Peet has confirmed- -Cooper will miss around 6 weeks, which is the best scenario they could've hoped, as it was either that or 5 months like Nsemba, dependant on scan results. -Byrne out for London but likely back for Salford. -Leeming still on track for 2-3 weeks from Penrith. I've not read anything about Tiaki Chan and his HIA but if he did pass that, you'd imagine we won't look too much different in the pack at London to what we did against Huddersfield (I'd consider giving one or both of Eckersley and Hampshire a go in the backs). |

I guess that as best that we could have asked for. If the injuries ease up, we're expecting a chunk of the lads back in early to mid April. Hopefully we can ease them back in, but also start to think about rotating a few guys like Faz, Ellis & Isa. |

With London having am artificial pitch I won't be surprised to Eckersley at 1 and Hampshire at 6. |

I didn’t know the pitch was artificial down there. I know you want to win games and keep a settled side where possible but we’ll have no excuses for losing this game, regardless of the 17 we put out. I’d be protecting at least one of French and Field. It really does feel like Eckersley is due a chance now and there will be no better opportunity. |

As long as it’s better than the state of the pitches seen at HKR and Saints recently, that will do! I noticed Adrian Lam blaming their players calf injuries on the pitch at Saints on Friday. The field at HKR looked dangerous during the Leeds game recently. |

Not that long ago that at this time of year we'd easily have the worst pitch in the league, the DW looks like a bowling green compared to some I've seen so far |

Definitely feels like a game for Hampshire, Eckersley and Douglas. It's a shame that this feels like the obvious thing to do - the lack of depth in SL is very concerning IMO. Right now there are two very good sides, four or five average ones and four or five downright poor ones. Well-resourced clubs like Warrington, Huddersfield and Hull have no excuses for being as poor as they are currently. Other clubs may be prioritising off field matters over on field performance - understandable with IMG criteria but the least that could be done is to put youth development front and centre of those criteria. |
