Another great piece of news from the club. At the end of last season every team was terrified of Field when he had the ball in his hands. For me he is the most dangerous attacking player in the competition. It will be interesting to see how links up with Leeming. |

I’ve never been too worried about losing Field or French (after he signed his current deal). Field IMO can only play fullback (can’t see an NRL team wanting a 13 stone fullback) French could leave but he’ll be 29 next year and we’ll have had his best years. Again the NRL might not be interested in a smaller wing/6/fullback who’s nearly 30. Field has been incredible, an honour to watch him every week. Hope them hamstrings stay connected. |
