Do you bring Isa in if he’s fit? Would be very harsh on Junior, however If Ellis is gonna get banned, a space would open up.

If Isa is fit, I'd bring him in for his experience.

Isa will be fit.

Big calls to make for Peet. I think we need something more up front but it's a risk. Isa coming in would allow KPP to move to the front row. With Havard it just depends. With a hamstring injury if there's the slightest doubt we shouldn't go there.

Nsemba and Hill have gone well so Peet will have some thinking to do.

Did Mago have an issue last night or did Peet just not trust him with more minutes in an intense game? Either way it’s a worry and leaves Ellis and Dupree with a big workload.

I might be wrong but I think he conceded a penalty through some lazy defence and he got pulled not long after that. He is still a danger to us in the bigger and more intense games. His mobility in the defensive line is not the best to say the least.

It’s as worrying as it is confusing, us giving him a new deal if there is that level of doubt about him. If they’re worried about him against Leigh, they’ll be terrified if we play Saints in a final and when we talk about Isa/Havards availability and who they would replace, he may end up in that conversation. His form has been very good recently but if he can’t handle the increased intensity/pace of play off rugby, we have problems.

We'll have to see if he can push on again next year but atm his role is probably a back up prop who ideally would just play in the lower intensity games. Not what you want from a quota spot but he his has role.

Ideally the front rowers for the playoffs would be Ellis, Havard, Dupree and KPP.

Dupree is another one who I think needs a big off-season to get to grips with the expectations of Wigan. A lot of potential and a big body but lacking a bit of fitness and intensity for me.

I haven’t got a clue why we extended his contract as for me he offers nothing to the team.
Minimal minutes, poor defence and little to no use with the ball.
A total waste of a quota spot.
